Winners of Christmas in Columbia Parade 2025

Saturday night was a frosty 39 degrees for the 25th annual Christmas in Columbia parade. Cars and trucks lined Jamestown Street filling every parking space that faced the street as parade watchers hoped to watch the floats from the warmth of their vehicles as they waited for the parade to begin.

In-County Float winners, earning a first Place $300 & Plaque; second place $200 & Plaque; and third place - $100 & Plaque were: first place: Milltown Church Worship Team; second place: Columbia Church of Christ; third place: Free Union Separate Baptist Church; and fourth place: Freedom Separate Baptist Church.

Non-float prize winners: first place: Brigg's McFall; second place: Sneed Properties; and third place: Community Medical Services.

Milltown Church wins first place in Christmas parade

Christmas in Columbia parade float bringing the snow

The stars on the float were: Jera and Claira Kessler, Kyla Kessler and Peyton and Paxton, James Streeval, Max Hare, Stephen Holt and Michael Holt, Mikey Jessie, Cash Hare, Monica Howard Hare, Myles Hare and Melinda Franklin.
