City of Columbia thanks those who help stock Blessing Boxes From Trey Stephens City of Columbia | Assistant to the Mayor On Monday, November 24, 2025, several blessing boxes throughout greater Columbia were restocked with donated food goods. The City would like to thank Paul and Cathy Abell for their hard work distributing the goods. The City would also like to thank all that have and continue to donate to various food drives all across Columbia and Adair County. For those with a need in addition to the blessings boxes around the community the Adair County Food Pantry will be open 9am-12pm on Tuesday as well as several other food and dinner giveaway events through the holiday weekend. JOY Ministries is one of many resources that our community is blessed to have to serve those in need around Columbia not only during the holidays but year around. Below is a list of the blessing boxes, their sponsor, and locations:
