Road construction project set to begin in Metcalfe Co An intersection safety improvement project is expected to begin on US 68 in Metcalfe County in coming days, according to Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 3 officials. The intersection of US 68 and KY 70 (Sulphur Well Knob Lick Road) will be reconstructed to a new alignment just to the east of the current intersection.
