TJRH breaks ground on innovative facility in Smiths Grove Smiths Grove, KY - T.J. Regional Health celebrated the groundbreaking of its new state-of-the-art healthcare facility in Smiths Grove on Wednesday, November 12, 2025. This new $10 million, 16,000-square-foot facility represents T.J. Regional Health's first expansion into Smiths Grove and the Warren County market, and it is designed to redefine what accessible healthcare looks like for families and patients of all ages. The clinic will offer primary care, specialty services, naturopathic and holistic wellness, and a unique drive-through care model--the first of its kind in Kentucky--where patients can receive essential health services such as allergy shots, strep swabs, ear checks, and other routine care without leaving their vehicle. "This new facility embodies our mission to meet patients where they are--both literally and figuratively," said Neil Thornbury, CEO of T.J. Regional Health. "Our drive-through model will make it easier for busy families, parents with children, and elderly patients to get quick, high-quality care in a convenient and comfortable way. We believe T.J. Health Smiths Grove will serve as a model for other healthcare facilities - not just across our state, but across the nation." T.J. Health Smiths Grove is designed to serve as both a medical hub and a wellness destination, integrating traditional and holistic medicine under one roof. The building's design emphasizes patient comfort, efficiency, and community connection. "This groundbreaking is significant in every sense of the word," added Stacey Biggs, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Planning & Development. "We're not just breaking ground on a building--we're breaking ground in how healthcare is delivered in Kentucky." This story was posted on 2025-11-12 15:46:53
