KY 449 in Cumberland Co. to be temporarily closed Oct 13 From Amber Hale The Kentucky Department of Highways will temporarily close a portion of KY 449 in Cumberland County beginning Monday, October 13, 2025, for shoulder repairs. Starting Monday, KY 449 will be closed to through traffic between KY 1351(mile point 6.11) and KY 90 (mile point 8.99). The closure is expected to last approximately four weeks.
