Louella (Lucy) Helm, 68, Columbia, KY (1957-2025) Louella "Lucy" (Mullins) Helm of Columbia passed away on Monday, September 29, 2025, at her residence with her family by her side. She was 68 years old. Funeral services will be held at 2pmCT on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY. Burial will follow in the Helm Family Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10amCT on Thursday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. She was born on September 6, 1957, to the late Bennett and Betty Hilton Mullins. Mrs. Helm attended 3trees Church in Columbia and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband Lynn Helm of Columbia, KY; three daughters Angel Mullins (Matt Wheeler) of Jamestown, KY, Anna Scott (Bradley) and Leah Helm both of Columbia, KY; six grandchildren Emma Helm, Rylee Montgomery (Kenny), Jordan Turner, Raelynn Scott, Bryson Scott, and Gabby Zapata; five siblings Lisa Tucker of Columbia, KY, Audra Meadows (Gary) of Russell Springs, KY, Mike White of Lexington, KY, Chris White of North Carolina, and Diane Burton of Columbia, KY and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Jeff Mullins. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
