The Downtown Days Photography Contest is back in 2025! From Mike Watson The Downtown Days Photography Contest is underway for 2025. Entries must be turned in to the Adair County Public Library's Genealogy & History Research Center before 5pmCT on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, in order to be displayed. Photographs should be taken in Columbia and Adair County, and the subject matter is up to the photographer. The Downtown Days Photography Contest is hosted by the Adair County Public Library's Genealogy & History Research Center, 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Photographs will be displayed at the Research Center during operating hours, from 9amCT to 5pmCT each day, beginning October 8, 2025, through Saturday October 11, 2025. An independent judging team of three will select the First, Second and Third Place winners. Everyone is encouraged to come by and view all the entries. Each person may then vote for their favorite. This creates another winner--Public Favorite. Entry Requirements:
