Adair Co. Grand Jury Sept 18 indictments On Thursday, September 18, 2025, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against nine individuals from Columbia, Liberty, and Campbellsville, KY, and Billings, MT. Charges included reckless driving, flight, wanton endangerment, possession, theft, nonsupport, tampering with physical evidence, official misconduct, and numerous traffic violations. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
