Tax bills going out to Columbia and Adair By Landon Edwards, Adair County PVA The City of Columbia mails tax bills mid-September to all property owners within the city limits. The Sheriff's Office will mail bills on October 1, 2025, according to the Kentucky Tax Calendar. There is a 2% discount period through November 1, 2025Tips for taxpayers follow:
