Letter: State with so much water yet none Marie Freeman writes: Well, I give a handshake and a "thank you" to you, Billy Joe Fudge, and to Richard Lee Walker. And to Paul Patton, the governor at the time. He was very instrumental in getting water and sewer to the entire state.
