Columbia Police Officer Brad Scholl lodges man in Adair Regional Jail A traffic stop Thursday night, March 23, 2006, led to the arrest of a Columbia man on drug charges. Columbia City Police arrested James Stone, 50, and charged him with possession of marijuana and failure to produce an insurance card. Stone was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail by Columbia Police Officer Brad Scholl.
