Letter: Please sign and remember Todd Parson Kim Parson, Dolores Rogers' daughter, wrote to ask if Columbia Magazine would help spread the word about a petition drive related to the death of her brother, Adair County native Todd Parson, who was killed in an accident last year on a stretch of Bluegrass Parkway without lane barriers. This petition will go to state leaders requesting that the 13-mile stretch of road have these added, saving lives. Todd has many friends in Adair County that would likely support this effort. Click here to sign the petition: www.change.org (Note: Link updated). This story was posted on 2025-08-11 09:27:48
