Want to Stop Smoking? Cooper-Clayton method to be offered

Lunchtime smoking cessation class starts April 5, 2006, at Adair Health Dept.

The Adair County Health Department will offer a lunchtime smoking cessation class using the Cooper/Clayton method to become a non-smoker.


Classes begin Wednesday April 5 at the Adair County Health Department.

The class will meet each Wednesday from 12:00-1:00 for 12 weeks.

Nicotine Replacement may be provided and class size is limited.
