Columbia City Police make drug, weapon arrest Columbia City Police Officer Jimmy Luttrell arrested 19-year-old Gary Hartman, Hardyville, KY, on Saturday night, March 18, 2006, inside the city limits of Columbia, KY. Hartman was charged with possession of marijuana and carrying a concealed deadly weapon. He was lodged in the Adair County regional jail.
