Action on Don Franklin's Office Park for later P&Z meeting

City Clerk Carolyn Edwards has notified us, with a clarification, that the Planning & Zoning Commission did not act on Don Franklin's request for a change to C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial zoning for his property at the corner of Bomar Heights and Burkesville ST.

A decision on approval/denial will be taken up at a later meeting, she said.

There was no opposition and no comment on the proposal at the hearing on March 16, 2006. However, the final decision will come after the P&Z Commission reviews the application and the hearing notes.
