William P. Streeval, 69, Columbia, KY (1955-2025) William Phillip Streeval of Columbia passed away on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at T. J. Health Columbia. He was 69 years old. Graveside services will be held at 1:30pmCT on Monday, July 7, 2025, at Bearwallow Cemetery, 6090 Liberty Road, Columbia, KY, with military honors provided by VFW Post 6097. Visitation will be on Monday from 11amCT until 1pmCT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, 210 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY. He was born on October 4, 1955, to the late Charles McKinley Streeval, Sr., and Doris Jane Harmon Streeval of Franklin, IN who survives. He was also preceded in death by a sister Judy Mae Streeval. Mr. Streeval was a veteran of the U. S. Army and enjoyed watching Nascar, rose gardening, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends. In addition to his mother Doris, he is survived by two daughters Lacey Barkes of Knifley, KY and Shannon Sims (Craig) of Hope, IN; five grandchildren Alec Hoeltke, Brooke Hoeltke, Caleigh Miller, Leslie Jones (Donte) and Tessa Sims; three siblings Charles Streeval, Jr, Lisa Jane Streeval, and Adam Wayne Streeval all of Indiana and several nieces and nephews including a special niece Rebecca Studer.
