Lois Melton, 91, Taylor County, KY Lois Melton of Campbellsville, daughter of the late E. O. Clark and Olsie Mae Davis Clark, was born June 29, 1934 in Taylor County, Kentucky. She died Wednesday, July 2, 2025 in Campbellsville at age 91. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Freedom Baptist Church. Lois was a retired employee of Fruit of the Loom in Campbellsville. She united in marriage to Charles W. Melton June 14, 1952 and he preceded her in death January 31, 2011. Lois enjoyed quilting and doing word search puzzles. She is survived by two sons and one daughter: Chuck Melton and wife, Sharon, Mike Melton and wife, Catherine and Maria Pike of Campbellsville; six grandchildren: Ronald Melton and wife, Sara of Clarksville, Tennessee, Steven Melton and wife, Vanessa, Sarah Rexroat and husband, Kelly, Andrew Pike and significant other, Sydney Cotter and Tasha Walls and husband, Chase of Campbellsville and Jacob Melton and wife, Ali of Nicholasville; twelve great-grandchildren: Kyla Melton, Koben Melton, Danielle Wright and husband, Clay, Kinley Walls, Catherine Rexroat, Chloe Rexroat, Charlotte Rexroat, Christine Rexroat, Landon Rexroat, Christa Rexroat, Taylor Rexroat and Cailyn Rexroat; two great-great-grandchildren: Adrian Torres and Aliyah Torres; five sisters: Mary Stubbs, Ina Martin, Sharon Robinson, Sara Brockman and husband, Jesse and Emma Sharp and husband, Kenneth of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Lois was also preceded in death by a son-in-law, Mark Pike and one brother and two sisters: Larry Clark, Peggy Clark Sublett and Jane Catherine Clark .
