Withers and Pike join ACAS board Two new members have joined the Adair County Ambulance Service board. Josh Withers will take the board position formerly held by Doug Sapp and Vicky Pike will take the spot formerly held by Darrell McGaha. They are appointed by the Judge Executive for four year terms.
