Basketball: Lady Indians win 2 at BCHS on Tuesday By Trey Stephens, Staff Writer The Adair County Lady Indians have started the 2025 summer ball season 2-0, with a pair of quality wins at Boyle County High School on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. The first win for Adair County was a 49-32 rout of Madison Southern, a team that finished mid-pack of a top-heavy 11th Region that had 5 teams with 25+ wins. The second win for Adair County was a much closer 55-53 win over Pulaski County. The Lady Maroons had the 4th most wins in the 12th region last year, including a win over a very tough Barren County team (26-6) that was a serious 4th Region contender. Even though we are a long way from the regular season and early into summer ball, wins against a quality team like Pulaski County--who only graduated one senior from last year's squad--is yet another indication that the Lady Indians are trending in the right direction to continue climbing the 5th Region ladder.
