Tammy Loraine Underwood, 53, Metcalfe County, KY Tammy Loraine Sallee Underwood, of Metcalfe County, Kentucky, formerly of Greensburg, daughter of the late Roy Williams Sallee, Jr. and Katherine "Kathy" Beck Sallee, was born on January 19, 1972 in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. She departed this life on Monday, May 5, 2025 at her residence having attained the age of 53 years, three months and 17 days. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. Tammy was a former teacher's assistant for Green County Head Start. Survivors include her husband, James Underwood of Metcalfe County, having united in marriage on July 18, 1998. In addition to her husband, other survivors include one daughter and son-in-law: Tiffany Underwood and Diego Bustinza of Metcalfe County; one son and daughter-in-law: Brandon Underwood and Sarah Brown of Metcalfe County; two grandchildren: Paizley Underwood and Sage Underwood, both of Metcalfe County; one brother and sister-in-law: Roy Sallee, III and Nikki of Hodgenville; one sister and brother-in-law: Sheri and Jason Bush of Hodgenville; plus a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral services will be conducted at 10amCT on Friday, May 9, 2025 at Gupton-Landrum Funeral Home in Greensburg with entombment to follow in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Bro. Chamren Rogers officiating. Visitation is requested from 4 until 8pmCT, on Thursday, and after 7 Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
