Cayce Davenport art on display at Downing Museum The galleries of Downing Museum in Bowling Green have been refreshing its walls welcoming the coming of Spring. The arboretum is starting to awaken with trees budding, perennials rising to meet the warmer skies. Inside also heralds the changing of seasons and awakening of nature's colors. Among the new works on display will be a small collection of eco print artwork by Columbia art educator Cayce Davenport. This work will be on display until May second. Cayce says, "If you've never visited the Baker Arboretum and Downing Museum it's worth the trip. It's the largest permanent collection of works by Joseph Dudley Downing, local art, trees, plants and much more." This story was posted on 2025-04-28 10:47:11
