Mayor Pam Hoots announces a newly created award, the Spirit of Columbia Awards, with a special event planned for April 18, 2025 at 1pmCT at the City Pavilion on Fairground Street, Columbia for presentations.

Presentation of Colors - ROTC & Adair County Band

Invocation - Brother Rick Shelton

Governor's Remarks by Gov. Andy Beshear who will come in by video. Awards and more follow.


Commissioner's Remarks - Commissioner Rich Storm, Kentucky Fish and Wildlife

Elizabeth True-Mitcham - Presented by Grant Loy, Adair County Emergency Management Director
