Softball: Lady Indians win three straight

The Adair County High School Lady Indians Softball Team currently sits at 3-2 coming off a 15-0 win over Caverna (3-7) in 4 innings and then a 12-4 win over Russell County (3-5). The Lady Indians have now won three straight.

In Adair County's most recent win, the team was led by pitcher Keylin Bergin, who went all 7 innings giving up 11 hits and just 4 runs while striking out one batter, pitching 90 pitches. Gracie Gist led the Lady Indians on offense with four hits on four attempts. Reese Bardin also swung the bat well for the Lady Indians, gaining three hits. Keylin Bergin also had three hits in addition to her impressive performance on the mound.

Adair County will finish out the week at home against Glasgow (1-7) at 5:30pmCT on Thursday, April 3, 2025, before the team is off for 11 days between games.
