ACSO arrests three for burglary and theft By Deputy Gary Roy Adair County Sheriffs Office arrested three Adair County residents on indictment warrants handed down by the Adair County Grand Jury, for burglary and theft charges, that happened in the Cedar Grove Road and Portland Road areas of Adair County. Jarred L. Bartley age 35, was charged with three counts of Burglary 3rd degree, 1 count of Theft by Unlawful taking $10,000 < $1,000,000, 2 counts of Theft by Unlawful taking $1,000 < $10,000, 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property $1000 < $10,000, 1 count of Criminal Mischief 15t degree, 1 count of Persistent Felony Offender 1st. Joshua G. Vanover age 30, was charged with three counts of Burglary 3rd degree, 1 count of Theft by Unlawful taking $10,000 < $1,000,000, 2 counts of Theft by Unlawful taking $1000 < $10,000, 1 count of Receiving Stolen Property $1000 < $10,000, 1 count of Criminal Mischief 15t degree.
