Vaping shown to have immediate negative health effects New research presented recently at the Radiological Society of North America's annual conference showed that e-cigarette users experience immediate decreases in vascular function and oxygen levels whenever they vape -- even if their e-cigarette liquid does not contain nicotine. According to CNN, people who used vapes with nicotine experienced the greatest reduction in vascular function, even compared to conventional cigarette smokers.
