Planning and Zoning hearing on Feb 13

Please be advised the City of Columbia Planning and Zoning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 6pmCT on Thursday, February 13, 2025, in City Hall, 116 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, to consider the following:
  • Request to zone lot located at 120 Keltner Road (PVA Map 050-00-00-029.02_1) that has been annexed into the city limits. The owner is Betty's Country Cooking Inc. Zone proposed for the area is to be C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial.

  • Request to zone lot located at 2339 Campbellsville Road (PVA Map No. 050-00-00-029.02) that has been annexed into the city limits. The owner is Betty's Country Cooking. Zone proposed for the area is to be C-2 Highway Oriented Commercial.
The hearing is open to the public.
