Mix honey, mustard, and orange juice in a zipper bag; add pork chops. Rewash hands after handling raw meat. Marinate chops in the refrigerator for 1 to 24 hours. When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Transfer pork chops to a baking sheet and cover. Rewash hands after handling raw meat. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F as tested by a meat thermometer; allow to rest at least 3 minutes before eating. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
