Historic Bell House will begin having events

Ellen and Eric Gregory purchased the historic Bell home in 2015 and began its massive restoration that would take more than eight years. With Metcalfe County roots, Ellen is the daughter of Richard Duncan and the great granddaughter of J.H. Kinnaird.

The Bell House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016.

Over the years many onlookers have inquired about having a wedding on the grounds, a celebratory anniversary party, family portrait or even their senior pictures.

This began the idea of hosting limited events so others could enjoy the beauty of the house and property. Now with restoration complete, the Gregorys are accepting requests to book events, photos and other opportunities.

There will be a lot of wonderful things going on at the Historic Bell House over the next few months as they begin hosting events.

Visit the website and Facebook for the history and journey of the beautiful Historic Bell House that prominently sits in Metcalfe County, just over the Adair County line.
