Adair students won Premier Delegation at KYA From Candice Flatt, Gifted Coordinator Adair County School District Adair County students in Mrs. Candice Flatt's Kentucky Youth Assembly (KYA) class attended the Kentucky Youth Assembly conference in Louisville, KY on December 8-10, 2024. The conference teaches youth about politics and elections in our state. The students become delegates and debate bills that they write to improve Kentucky laws. This year Mrs. Flatt's students won the Premier Delegation award, and the Outstanding Delegate award went to Pierce Stotts.
