Harper Parnell gives the gift of warmth A Metcalfe County Elementary School student is giving the gift of warmth to children in need this holiday season. Harper Parnell, a 4th-grade student at MCES, recently hosted a Winter Coat Drive for Kids as a Beta service project. All items were donated to the MCES Family Resource Center to be distributed to Metcalfe County children. Harper collected 30 coats, 20 sets of gloves/mittens, nine hats/glove sets, four pairs of socks, two scarves, and one blanket. Harper is the 10-year-old daughter of Jami and Brittany Parnell of Edmonton. This story was posted on 2024-12-23 23:15:50
