ACSO: two vehicle injury accident From Deputy Gary Roy, Adair County Sheriff's Office On December 12, 2024 Adair County Sheriffs Office responded to a two vehicle injury accident. Virginia Tucker, age 58, of Russell Springs was traveling on Sawmill Rd, failed to stop at stop sign and struck a vehicle traveling on Hwy 80 by Amanda Dick, age 39, of Russell Springs. Tucker was transported to TJ Health Columbia emergency room by Adair EMS and later flown to a Tennessee Hospital. Collision being investigated by Sheriff Jamie Richard and Deputy Rick Eastham.
