Basketball: LWC women remain unbeaten with win over Berea

The Lindsey Wilson women's basketball team defeated Berea College (KY) Monday night 55-53 in Biggers Sports Center staying perfect at 6-0 to start the season.

The Blue Raiders were led by Sophomore Claire Fleming who posted her first double-double of the season with 12 points and 11 rebounds. Saniyah Shelton and Taylor Guess were the other Blue Raiders who ended the night in double figures with 10, and 11 respectively.

The Blue raiders will be back in action at 3pmCT on Friday, November 22, 2024, in Rio Grande, OH, to take on Saint Mary-Of-The-Woods College (IN) in the Bevo Francis Classic.
