AGS Meeting Nov 4: Bro. Paul Patton on the Civil War

By Mike Watson

Brother Paul Patton will bring the Civil War period of our history to life at the Adair County Genealogical Society's November meeting. Learn more about the influence of Chaplain Robert F. Mills, of the 13th Kentucky Cavalry. Rev. Mills was the ancestor of Bro. Patton and lived to relate many of the adventures and trials of this turbulent time in American, Kentucky, and Adair County history.

Come be with us at 5pmCT on Monday, November 4, 2024, in the Genealogy & History Research Center, 307 Greensburg Street, Columbia, KY. Everyone is invited to attend. Refreshments will follow the presentation.

Sponsored by the Adair County Genealogical Society and the Adair Genealogy & History Research Center of the Adair County Public Library. For more information: adairgenealogy@gmail.com or 270.380.1024 or follow our face book history pages.
