CPD: Woman arrested for possession at Judicial Center

Columbia Police Department

The Columbia Police Department responded to Adair County Judicial Center, Tuesday evening, October 15, 2024.

Female subject in courtroom was found to be attempting to conceal paraphernalia and narcotics while there for a court date.


Mary Sears, 38, of Russell Springs, has been charged with possession of a controlled substance drug unspecified 1st and 2nd degree as well as possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officer Trent Williams was the arresting Officer. He was assisted by Officer Travis Bell and Probation and Parole.
