CPD Halloween Decorations contest By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department During the month of October, while Officers with the Columbia Police Department are on patrol within the city, they will also be observing local residents' Fall and Halloween decorations. Officers will vote on best or favorite decorated property. The winner will recieve a gift card from a local business, to be presented from The Columbia Police Department during the week of Halloween.
