Adair Co. Grand Jury September 24 indictments On Tuesday, September 24, 2024, the Adair County Circuit Court Grand Jury met and handed down indictments against 13 individuals from Columbia, Loyall, Bowling Green, and Russell Springs, KY. Charges included public intoxication, criminal mischief, DUI, careless driving, failure to comply with sex offender registration, assault, possession, theft, trespassing, tampering with physical evidence, strangulation, wanton endangerment, resisting arrest, loitering, and failure to wear seatbelts. NOTE: Indictments are considered formal charges. An indictment is not a finding of guilt. An individual charged by indictment is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty at some later criminal proceeding.
