Treats on the Town will be Oct 31 By Officer Adam Cravens, PIO Columbia Police Department Treats on the Town will take place from 5pmCT to 7pmCT on Halloween night, Thursday, October 31, 2024. During this time The Public Square will be shut down and traffic will be diverted. We ask motorists to plan accordingly as well as use caution throughout the evening within Columbia and Adair, being mindful of foot traffic and vehicles stopping and going for trick or treaters.
