Letter: Occupational Taxes

I agree with this article. Another question is how much longer are we going to have to pay that hospital tax? I've lived here for almost 14 years now and have seen this tax the entire time. Why did those responsible for the theft not pay this money back? Why were citizens left to pay it?

Could the hospital tax, once completed, be used as we are used to paying that. Simply use that money to help with the needs of the community. In this economy we none want to see more and more taxes levied against us but understand funds are needed for necessary things.
