Annex Offices closing early on Friday From Bridget Compton Adair County Deputy Judge Executive, Road Administrative Assistant & Solid Waste Coordinator Due to expected severe weather, the Adair County Annex building and all offices within, plus the Green River Animal Shelter and the Recycling Center, will be closing for business at 11amCT today, Friday, September 27, 2024. The Annex building will be open to the public to use the basement as a storm shelter, and one door will be left unlocked due to high winds. For emergencies, call 911 dispatch.
