Letter: Mystery Photo Mike Bell writes: I believe the red brick building in the back ground is the Bank of Columbia branch on Jamestown Hill. And the white building would be the old K&F store or, perhaps the Video Warehouse. It may well have something to do with the Bell Pepper Festival, however we all wear our event tee shirts well past the event itself.Comments re: Mystery photo - what was the event?
