Butler House on Greensburg Street restoration Trilby Vance felt fine about calling out to Jacob Hatcher as he works on the historic brick home on Greensburg Street in Columbia known as the Butler House. It is located across from the Courthouse Annex. She knows Jacob who preaches at Old Concord Methodist Church with her son John Tupman so she had no qualms about interrupting him from his construction work. Turns out that Jacob is a partner with Tia White and the goal is to restore the beautiful old home starting with a new roof while the weather is good. The porch came off and will be rebuilt.
