Caregivers conference will be held September 11th

A "Celebrating Caregivers Conference" is scheduled to be held Wednesday, September 11, 2024 free to all those who are caring for others. It will be held at the Adair Extension Office, 409 Fairground Street, Columbia, KY starting at 9amCT.

Dr. Lynda Wilkerson, Executive Director of The Support Agency, will welcome and introduce the workshop topics for the morning.


Financial Information for Caregivers will be offered.

Safety in Today's World - Scams/Consumer Protection is being offered.

The conference is funded by Opioid Abatement Settlement funds from Judge Larry Russell Bryant and the Adair Fiscal Court and sponsored by The Support Agency with collaboration from Betty Judd Coordinator, Adair Caregivers Support Group.

New support agency announced

With her are KrisCendia Saltsman, at left, who will become the new leader of Adair Caregivers meetings, as Betty Judd, at right, will be retiring from that position.
