Ollie Long, 78, Cumberland County, KY (1945-2024)

Ollie Long, age 78 of Burkesville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, July 28, 2024. She was born on September 26, 1945 in Clinton County, KY to Fount Creselious and Mary Albertson Creselious.

She had attended Christian Chapel Church of Christ, was a former employee of Bob Evans and Sutton's and loved quilting and walking.


In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Edd Long and two brothers Van Creselious and Floyd Eugene Creselious

Survivors Include:

One Son- David Wayne Long of Burkesville, KY

One Brother- Willis Creselious of Albany, KY

Two Grandsons- Casey Long(Kebrina) of Burkesville, KY and Wesley H. Long of Batavia, OH

Two Granddaughters- Haley Kay Long of Albany, KY and Kimberly Sparks(Jonathon) of Columbia, KY

Four Great Grandchildren- Brilynn Watson and Raelynn Sparks both of Columbia, KY and Emma Cox and Jacob Wheat both of Burkesville, KY

One Niece- Debbie Hensel(Tom) of Knoxville, TN

One Nephew- Gene Creselious of Burkesville, KY

several great and great great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends

Funeral Service: Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 11amCT at Ballou & Stotts Funeral Home, 304 N. Main Street, Burkesville, KY with burial in Perkins Cemetery. Family requests visitation Tuesday, July 30th from 5 till 9 and after 6am Wednesday until time for services.
