Troop 185 completes 2024 Scout Camp From Ty Coleman Troop 185's Phoenix Patrol has returned from Scout Camp. From June 23rd to the 29th Troop 185 made their week at the Pfeffer Scout Reservation for Boy Scout camp. The boys - Xander, Justin, and Ty, as well as two leaders - joined many other Troops from several states in the area at this camp. The boys had such a fun time, for example. I (Xander) had an especially great time with all the activities I got to partake in, like several games of Gagaball and basketball. Justin learned about and experienced the trials of space exploration while also getting to launch his own rocket. Ty had a unique experience only a select few scouts got to do. He set sail from the camp and traveled thirty five miles along Kentucky Lake spending a majority of his week on the water. Thank you, Columbia United Methodist Church, for your continual support of the members of Troop 185's Phoenix Patrol. This story was posted on 2024-07-10 00:29:34
