Sparksville studio is site of Arts Council meeting From Joyce Coomer The Adair County Arts Council July meeting will be held at 5pmCT on Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Highland Station, 3292 Wheeler Hill Rd., Columbia, Ky. This is the first event at the former Raku studio location that was developed by Henrietta and Jeff Scott in the Sparksville community. And their studio was in the old Weeler's store.
