July 4th Celebration begins Wednesday in Campbellsville

The 48th Annual Campbellsville-Taylor County 2024 Fourth of July Celebration downtown activities are are building up to the big events Wednesday July 3rd and Thursday July 4th.

The Chamber of Commerce appreciates the patience of all downtown merchants and property owners as they navigate the placement of vendors and other attractions. Allow plenty of time to navigate the city as certain streets will be closed off for events.

Wednesday, July 3, 2024 downtown Campbellsville activities include:
TC Public Library Children's Parade, 5pmCT/6pmET.
Children's Trastor Pull, 5:30pmCT/6:30pmET
Hannah Ellis free concert with opening act by Collin White. 6pmCT/7pmET


Thursday July 4th, 2024 will have the big parade on Main in the morning, at 9amCT/1OamET, and activities throughout the day including the antique tractor and steam engine show. Main Street will remain closed during the morning hours. Also, First Street from Court Street to South Columbia Avenue will be closed Thursday morning to prevent parking and allow for the Tractor Show.

Fireworks will begin at dark - 9pmCT/10pmET at Miller Park on Lebanon Avenue.
