Wanda Mae Coffey Shuffett, 91, Green County, KY Wanda Mae Coffey Shuffett of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Cecil Ray Coffey and Della Mae Reliford Coffey, was born on Friday, September 30, 1932, in Green County and departed this life on Saturday, June 29, 2024. She was 91 years, 8 months, and 30 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ, was a member of the Liberty Separate Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Joseph Eugene Shuffett on March 11, 2014, having united in marriage on December 22, 1950. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law: Barney and Donna Ruth Shuffett of Greensburg; two grandchildren: Cara Brown and husband, Chad of Green County, and Laura Mohn and husband, Erik of Oldham County; four great-grandchildren: Macy Shively and husband, Landon of Adair County, Ally Brown, of Green County, Claire Mohn, and Evan Mohn both of Oldham County; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Shuffett was also preceded in death by a brother: Buford Coffey. There will be graveside services held at 5pmCT Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at the Liberty Cemetery. Bro. Mark Givens and Bro. Stephen Stilts officiating. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, Greensburg, Kentucky in charge of the service arrangements. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Liberty Separate Baptist Church Women's Fellowship Fund, which can be made at the funeral home or the church.
