Michael A. Smith, 64, Columbia, KY (1960-2024) Michael Anthony Smith of Columbia died on June 21, 2024 at Campbellsville Nursing and Rehab. He was 64 years old. The funeral service will be held at NoonCT on Monday, July 1, 2024, at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville Street, Columbia, KY, with Rev. Bobby Bowe delivering the Eulogy. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is requested after 10amCT on Monday. He was born June 5, 1960, to the late James Henry Smith and the late Jo Hattie Motley Smith. He attended Indianapolis Public Schools and had worked at Sexton & Cox Detail & Wash. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five aunts, Ruth Motley, Nancy Motley, Wanda Motley, Gladys Triplett and Norma Ramsey and three uncles, L.B. Smith, William Fred Johnson and Thomas Motley Survivors include:
