Barbara Jo Walker Judd Davis, 63, Pierce, KY Barbara Jo Walker Judd Davis of Pierce, Kentucky, daughter of the late Cecil York and Nannie Walker York, was born on Sunday, February 12, 1961 and departed this life on Tuesday, June 25, 2024 in Green County at her home. She was 63 years, 4 months, and 13 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Trammell Creek Baptist Church and was a Housewife. Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Tommy Judd. She later united in marriage and is survived by her husband: Rodney Davis of the Pierce Community, having united in marriage on September 24, 1999. Survivors include her children and their spouses: Josh and Miranda Judd of Liberty, Rebecca and Tim Shuffett of the Pierce Community; grandchildren: Caleb Shuffett, Natalie Shuffett, Ben and Maddie Shuffett, Justice Judd, Isaiah Judd, Kallie Judd; one great-grandchild: Baylor Shuffett; two sisters and brothers-in-law: Amy and Daryl Young of Green County, Martha and Brian Landis of Green County; one brother and sister-in-law: Danny and Rebecca York; two mothers-in-law: Inis Davis of Grab and Altie Judd of Green County; Brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Randall Davis and his fiance, Laura Jo Wright, Rick and Monica Daivs, Rhonda and Kerry Dale Judd all of Grab, Dale and Mitzi Judd of Hart County, David and Brenda Judd of the Pierce Community; a special friend: Bonnie Wallace of the Pierce Community; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mrs. Davis was also preceded in death by two fathers-in-law: Rollin Judd and George Davis; a sister-in-law: Maggie Cavanaugh; a nephew: Samuel Young. The funeral services for Barbara Jo Walker Judd Davis will be conducted at 1pmCT, Friday, June 28, 2024 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Macedonia Cemetery. Bro. Danny Nelson officiating. Visitation is requested from 4-8 Thursday and after 7 Friday until time of the funeral service. The family has asked that expressions of sympathy take form of donation to the Family Burial Fund, which can be made at the funeral home.
