Bowling: Blue Raiders conclude regular season in Indianapolis Indianapolis, IN - The Lindsey Wilson men's and women's bowling teams competed at the Columbia 300 Hoosier Classic this past weekend in the Circle City, placing 59th out of 78 and 52nd out of 66, respectively. The Blue Raider women recorded a total pin fall of 5,048 after five team games, then added 2,330 across 15 baker games to bring their tournament total to 7,378. Lindsey Wilson returns to the lanes on February 22, 2024, in Bowling Green for the Mid-South Conference Championships. Freshman Austyn Raymer paced Lindsey Wilson and placed 91st overall. She averaged 191.5 through six team games and posted a personal-high 213 in her final game. Tara Manis closed in 181st overall with a 167.7-pin average, and Janna Plains fell in eight spots behind in 189th after tallying a total pin fall of 996. On the men's side, Lindsey Wilson knocked down 7,942 total pins, including 5,516 through six team games and 2,426 in the baker games. Jason Womack led the Blue Raiders in 135th place overall. The junior cracked the 200-threshold twice in his six team games and finished with a 193.8-pin average. Peyton Huskey ended up in 179th with a pin-fall average of 182.5, and Nick Blakey notched scores of 201, 230 and 232 en route to a pin-fall total of 1,042 in five games.
